About the app
Changes: I Ching Atlas is an educational app for learning the I Ching (易經, the Book of Changes), a classic of Chinese thought. Learn the eight trigrams, read all 64 hexagrams in the original Chinese and in plain English, and cast a hexagram yourself with coins, yarrow stalks or Plum Blossom, with every step of the arithmetic shown. It works offline and has no account, no ads and no analytics.
Restore your purchase
If you bought Premium before (lifetime or a subscription) and it is not active on this device, open Settings › Restore purchase in the app. You can also tap Restore purchase on the Premium screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account (iPhone and iPad) or Google account (Android) you used to buy. A connection is needed only to buy or restore Premium.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or before a free trial ends) to avoid the next charge. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- iPhone and iPad: open the Settings app › your name (Apple Account) › Subscriptions › Changes, then choose Cancel Subscription.
- Android: open the Google Play app › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Changes, then choose Cancel subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies: Apple: Report a Problem · Google Play refunds.
Export your journal
Your journal is stored only on your device, so we can't recover it for you. Export it regularly, especially before changing or resetting your phone. Exporting is free.
- Open the Journal tab and tap Export and import.
- Choose Full backup (JSON) to keep a copy you can import again later, or Readable text (Markdown) for a copy to read or print.
- Save or send the file wherever you like, for example to Files, Google Drive or email.
